Paul,

 

Public Works has no objections to this. Our concern would be that a property could have access blocked, but it looks like they own all the properties surrounding the area. I�m sure they will give easements to all the properties in case they sell some in the future.

 

Snow removal will be affected slightly, but we can adjust. I will meet with the contractor to change the scope of work once the transaction is complete.

Hi Rob,

 

I am not certain if this crossed your desk yet, of if maybe you�ve already given us your input on this request, but I could find no record of that in my emails or notes.

 

So, I was hoping you could take a quick look at this and let me know if public works has any issues with the granting of the vacation of easement for Kodiak Cove R.O.W., and the snow lot at the end of it. I have attached their petition with associated site plan. Please let me know if you need any additional info. There are some issues with the re-plat concept as presented that are being worked through, but this item is focusing on the easement and snowlot vacation only.

 

I am working to have this presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Nov. 8^th, so a quick response would be greatly appreciated.
