RECOMMENDATION:
Accept resignation letter from Beautification Commissioner Abby Ferrara.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Section XIII.E.19 of Council Policies and Procedures (re: citizens advisory groups) states “Any member wishing to resign from a citizen advisory group prior to the completion of their full term shall provide written notice to their staff liaison who will forward such notice to the City Clerk’s Office for processing and formal acceptance by City Council”.
Commissioner Abby Ferrara submitted her resignation to Beautification Commission staff via email.
His resignation is effective as soon as accepted by Council. Ms. Ferrara was appointed for a three-year term in 2022 and her term was due to expire in June 2025.
