SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 11th and 12th the Valdez City Council held a strategic planning retreat at the Civic Center.
During the retreat the City Council had some discussion centered around the various plans recently completed. (The same plans presented for review to the commission during our last meeting.) The City Council would like the Ports and Harbors Commission to review the waterfront master plan annually, and forward them the commissions priorities.
I would like to take this discussion time to discuss the creation of a scoring tool, and begin the conversation on how the commission would like to accomplish this annual task.
