SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In an attempt to be as transparent and thorough as possible prior to presenting a budget to City of Valdez City Manager and City Council, PRCS Director Nicholas Farline will direct a conversation about the City of Valdez budgeting process and how the Recreation Commission can support the two departments.
Topics will include:
• How budget is developed and roles of PRCS staff
• Timeline for budgets
• Role and request of Recreation Commission by PRCS Director
