SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On March 25, 2021, Planning Department staff received temporary land use permit application 21-05 from the Roadside Potatohead Too, LLC for a 325 square foot portion of public right-of-way adjacent to Lot 12, Block 40, Harbor Subdivision. Public Works Director Rob Comstock, Capital Facilities Director and Assistant City Manager Nate Duval, and Ports and Harbor Director Jeremy Talbot were solicited for comments on the application and had no objections.
