RECOMMENDATION:
PRCS recommends the parking lot across from warehouse down at Kelsey Dock for the temporary community ice rink.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
PRCS staff have explored other location options and the recommended option is the parking lot down at the Kelsey Dock.
This location provides light, relatively flat terrain and other benefits associated with ease of access for the community.
If recommended by Parks and Recreation Commission the next steps are as follows:
• Ports and Harbor Commission discussion
• Discuss with City Administration
• Discussion item for City Council
