SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This agreement will provide PRCS a seasonal activity and promotional guide for the following seasons:
• Winter/Spring 2021
• Summer 2021
• Fall 2021
• Winter/Spring 2022 design
The contract is for $12,000 in 2020 and $30,000 in 2021 totaling $42,000.
The Parks & Recreation Master plan identified- 1.1.C “Continue to promote and create awareness of the programs and activities through social media and the development of a printed program catalog.”
This agreement will allow all division of PRCS to promote programs and upcoming large events and projects.
The Period of Performance under this agreement ends December 30, 2021.
