SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A small business grant program should be considered for businesses in need of a small cash grant to help with operations over the summer. The City provided 350K for businesses and non-profits with the COVID-19 assistance program funded through the Permanent Fund Distribution. The City Council will need to approve further funding.
