SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An active water leak was discovered during construction. This change order covers the corrective action and necessary repairs that resulted from this leak. The cost is in excess of the built-in contract contingency but can be covered within the overall project budget.
The project is back under construction following a COVID related pause and work continues at the Clinic. Completion anticipated end of June early July.
