SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Minutes of the meeting of March 17, 2020 are attached for review and approval. Due to reassignment of the Deputy City Clerk as PIO for City Administration, the duty of preparing written minutes since COVID-19 has been reassigned. Past meeting minutes will be prepared and submitted by the Clerk as expeditiously as possible over the next few regular meetings.
