SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Contract will be increased due to additional mold remediation in the Fire Station 1 decontamination room. The increase includes the cost for the extra mold remediation and all additional work associated with it. Upon discovery of additional mold, the abatement contractor was required to do extra remediation that was not in the original scope of work for this project. This in turn increased the time and materials needed to bring the Decon room back to a working condition.
