SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Valdez Housing Economic Impacts and Gap Analysis study is well under way and due to be completed by the end of February. The kick off happened a little later than expected, due to my elbow injury and subsequent surgery. When I was cleared by the doctor to work remotely, the project moved forward.

After receiving this study we will have a better understanding as to what types of housing the community needs.
