Preliminary Report on 2019 Program

                     Final report with before/after photos will be provided to the Task Force once all 2019 grant awardee projects are complete.

1.                     Valdez Vet Services

                     Address: 321 Egan

                     Project Scope: Corrugated metal, plants, lattice, labor, 5 yards gravel, brick/stone walkway, topsoil, swing/bench, treated lumber

                     NTE Grant Amount: $1,800

                     Final Grant Amount Reimbursed: $1,800

2.                     Valdez Masonic Lodge

                     Address: 101 Hazelet

                     Project Scope: Remove/replace existing metal siding from walls and metal soffit; repair/replace framing & decking; tyveck drainwrap; install/replace trim, install fake rock along exterior; roof work; pillars at front entryway; apply vented soffit; paint trim and siding
