SUMMARY STATEMENT:
City Council previously approved the funding for the Warehouse #1 Project. The approved scope of work includes the following: exterior painting of the existing Warehouse #1, patch and re-coat roof, demo existing canopy, and replace with newly re-designed canopy.
The objective of this discussion item is to provide the Task Force an update on the final exterior paint selections for this facility.
