RECOMMENDATION:
City Attorney recommends approval of agreement.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The settlement agreement addresses a personnel matter which was discussed with the City Attorney during executive session on January 7th. Since Council can take no action in executive session, the City Attorney was directed to place this item on the January 21st agenda.
