SUMMARY STATEMENT:

A UL listed fireplace was not specifically called out in the specifications. The fireplace selected works with existing framing and provides a better quality and performance than the fire box and flue originally specified. Per Cost Proposal #4 - $5,261.80

The addition of the false tails and new Trex fascia were two items not clearly called out in the plan sets. These items complement each other and were deemed necessary to complete the framing detail and desired aesthetic of the park shelter. Per Cost Proposal #3 and Cost Proposal #4 - $16,962.12
