SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This resolution requests a funds transfer to cover construction costs for Fire Station I work
o Design costs were previously appropriated
o Construction bids are received via RFP
o Per established routine, Staff is now requesting council approval and funding to continue with the construction phase
o Construction contract(s) will be separately provided to Council per procurement rules.
• Remaining balance of Swimming Pool project will be sufficient to complete remaining tasks.
