RECOMMENDATION:
Accept resignation from the Providence Valdez Medical Center Health Advisory Council (Kaitlin Pabo-Eulberg)
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Kaitlin Pabo-Eulberg tendered her resignation from the PVMC HAC by email on November 27, 2019. The resignation letter (attached) was then forwarded to the City Clerk’s Office for processing and is being provided to City Council for formal acceptance.
The City Clerk’s Office will begin advertising to fill the vacancy. Citizens interested in serving on the HAC are encouraged to submit an application through the City boards and commission portal: www.valdezak.gov/boardsandcommissions <http://www.valdezak.gov/boardsandcommissions>. Paper applications are also available at City Hall.
