SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This resolution funds the proposed citywide telephone replacement project
• The requested funding reflects project costs comprised of:
o TriTech Contract - $184,360.72
o POE network switches under current NASPO contract - $58,765.00
o Phone network drops as needed in city buildings - $7,500.00
o 12% Contingency - $30,075.09
• IT and Capital Facilities Departments will provide project and timing details separately under New Business
