SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Hire an outside organization to create the Master & Strategic Plan.
With the involvement of a steering committee structured very similar to the Mission and Vision Task force, the Director is proposing to hire an outside organization that can complete the Master & Strategic Plan for the Parks and Recreation Divisions of PRCS.
