Outgoing council members may provide short departure remarks, if they wish.
The deputy clerk will then swear-in Council Member-Elect Sorum and Council Member-Elect Scheidt.
Once officially seated, the new council members may provide short remarks, if they wish.
A short recess for refreshments will follow the ceremony.
