SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The contractor provided additional construction administration services and one additional site visit. The increased scope of work for renovation of the locker rooms, waiting and office areas and the addition of the new slide created more bidder questions, requests for information and submittal review than what was planned for in the original design contract.
