SUMMARY STATEMENT:

This professional services agreement is to provide management services for defining the scope, preparing a request for proposal, and overseeing pavement repair activities for various City of Valdez streets during the 2019 construction season.

Arcadis will provide construction management services to facilitate a timely repair to the most urgent areas of the Pavement Management Plan Phase 1 that don’t require formal engineering; Dylan,and River drives as well as misc. areas in town on Meals ave and others.

We anticipate synergies utilizing Ron Rozak, Civil PE, for this function while he completes duties on the Harbor close-out. Ron will also act as a resource for anticipated new department personnel that will be onboarding at that time.
