SUMMARY STATEMENT:

•                     This resolution proposes funding for the High School Concrete Replacement project from unencumbered Capital Projects Contingency funds.

•                     The project scope is articulated in the agenda item for the underlying contracts.

•                     To facilitate project contracting, staff is presenting this resolution ahead of the broader projects prioritization and carry-forward discussion with Council.
