SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This resolution funds the proposed Parks / Building Maintenance shared facility, which is a continuation of the “yellow building” project.
• Staff has established a separate project account to better facilitate bookkeeping and contracting for what will be a new city asset.
• For contracting and project expediency, staff is presenting council with this project and funding in advance of the broader projects prioritization and carry-forward funding discussion.
