SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This resolution establishes funding for the Warehouse 1 Exterior project, which has been previously grouped within the Kelsey Dock Phase II project.
• The underlying contract(s) are presented by the Capital Facilities Director under New Business on this agenda
• To clarify the bookkeeping and contracting, staff has established a separate project account
• To facilitate the contracting and project timelines, staff is presenting this item in advance of the broader projects prioritization and carry-forward funding discussion.
