RECOMMENDATION:

Approve Resolution authorizing May 7th ballot measure

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

                     This resolution authorizes the inclusion of a bonded indebtedness ballot measure on the May 7, 2019 General Municipal Election ballot.

                     The resolution reflects 50% project design estimates and council direction from the March 7th meeting regarding other outstanding questions identified by staff.

                     The Resolution has been reviewed by City Clerk, Bond Counsel, and City Attorney prior to publication.
