Dave Barquist and Nick Chen of Kimley-Horn will provide City Council with an update on the Valdez Comprehensive Plan process, including progress on individual sections to date, coordination and involvement of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), and the schedule of future plan milestones.
