SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Ports & Harbors Commission will be discussing current and future capital, projects.
Attached is a complete list of the ongoing City of Valdez projects, as well as potential future projects. The purpose of this work session will be as follows;
• Update the commission on current projects both in design, procurement, and construction.
• Review the overall list to ensure projects are relevant, identified, and prioritized.
Information and feedback collected from the Commission will be incorporated into future project requests and passed along to the City Council for adoption.
