SUMMARY STATEMENT:
2018 was a year of transition for many City departments including Capital Facilities and Planning, and Council prioritized maintenance over new projects. The P & Z Commission goals for 2018 have not yet been realized. The following goals are discussion items for this meeting:
1. Extending sewer and water infrastructure along the Richardson Highway to the Robe River Subdivision
2. Airport Industrial Subdivision
3. Master planning within the current comprehensive planning effort for the Cottonwood subdivision, ASLS 79-116 and Old Town
4. Code enforcement and code revision aligning with the Comprehensive Plan
This list is not inclusive and planning staff encourages input from commissioners at this meeting.
