SUMMARY STATEMENT:
For the City of Valdez to recruit and retain talent, the City must remain competitive in regards to salaries and benefits. Mr. Todd Allen with the Foraker Group has been commissioned by administration to conduct a compensation analysis regarding compensation, benefits and geographical differential of the entities deemed by City Council as major competitors with the City of Valdez for recruitment and retention of talent. During the work session, Mr. Allen will be reporting on the methodology he is employing to complete his analysis.
