RECOMMENDATION:
Approve contract award to Trust Consultants for State lobbyist services.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Kim Hutchinson dba Trust Consultants, has provided state lobbyist services for the city for over 23 years. He has done an outstanding job representing the city concerning legislative matters which may have a significant impact on the city. Mr. Hutchinson’s continued efforts are vital to ensure that Valdez is adequately represented in Juneau. The contract terms and compensation have remained the same for the past 10 years.
