RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint four applicants to serve on the VMHA Board of Directors for three-year terms, expiring January 2022
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Four vacancies exists on the VMHA Board of Directors due to term expiration.
The City Clerk’s Office advertised the vacancies and received five applications:
1. Tom McAlister
2. Richard Dunkin
3. Cameron Farrington
4. Jhon Serwin Alegado, Jr.
5. Pamela Verfaillie
The City Clerk will provide paper ballots for City Council to select four of the five applicants for appointment. Then a motion should be made to approve appointments of those four applicants by name.
