The purpose of the work session is to discuss the following topics related to code enforcement:
• Proposed revisions to Valdez Municipal Code, Chapter 8.20 (Nuisances).
Draft attached - Additional revisions to be presented during the work session.
• Process for code enforcement efforts in coming months, including coordination between the Valdez Police Department and the City Planning Department (COMDEV).
