RECOMMENDATION:
If you have been out to the gazebo in front of the DOT, Eagles Rest RV Park it is very tired looking. We need to figure out if this building should be renovated or replaced Coming in to town that is one of the first things that catches your eye and it should be welcoming and visually aesthetic to the eye. A discussion needs to happen on what to do with this building.
UPDATE: I spoke with Brad Sontag and they have replaced some of the floor this summer and he suggested we speak with Nate Duval and ask his opinion as to whether the structure is stable for renovation. If not, we can tear it down and at least put some nice area informational and historic signage out there to welcome visitors.
