SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This submission resumes quarterly financial statements reporting, which was interrupted mid-year by the ransomware incident.
• Finance Staff intends to present future reports at the fourth Council meeting following the close of the calendar quarter.
• Finance will re-incorporate the health insurance analysis into the quarterly reporting with the third-quarter report, which should be ready for council review on December 4th.
