RECOMMENDATION:
Procurement Report-Agreement for Professional Services with HDR Alaska, for Contract #1387-C&D Debris Disposal Area Lateral Expansion
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This report is presented to Council in accordance with procurement code section 2.80.040.
The main goal of this project is to develop the C&D cell to the north/west and expand the existing C&D disposal area vertically.
HDR will assist with the planning, permitting, and design for the expansion of the City’s Construction and Demolition (C&D) Landfill.
