RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Change Order #4 with F & W Construction Company, Inc., for the Kelsey Dock Interpretive Center - Phase I project in the Amount of $56,125.64.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Port requested the option of installing heaters in the Kelsey Dock canopy. Attached is a proposal from F & W Construction, Inc. to assist with a design build effort to install said heaters. The install cost is approximately $56,000.00 with an additional approximately $10,000.00 in design. A deductive change order is in process for value engineering the utility routing to help offset some of this cost.
