SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Ports & Harbor Commissioners have requested a review of the Small Boat Harbor Policies and Procedures. (Last Updated in 2003)

                     Staff and Commission to review current policies and procedures for the Small Boat Harbor.

                     Record areas Staff and Commission feel need to be changed.

                     Collaborate with Staff to develop strategy through consensus for implementation of this document in the new Commercial Harbor.

Staff anticipates this process will span several meetings and potentially require work sessions with Council depending on Staff/Commission recommendations and strategy.
