SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Following the work session on May 8^th the City Council requested a resolution be brought forth at the next regular meeting on May 15^th to establish a physician retention and recruitment program.  Resolution No. 18-20 is attached, including a draft agreement (attachment A).  The draft agreement was created by the City Attorney based on input received at the work session.
