SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Change order #8 is to add a wind screen to the restroom facility at the new harbor. The typical winds from the NE & SW necessitated an eastern entrance to the restroom facility. However, when winds come from a more direct north or south direction the doors are difficult to open and are prone to getting caught in the wind and being damaged. The addition of a wind screen will allow the community better access to the restrooms and will prevent damage and maintenance costs in the future from wind related incidents. The attached documents outline this specific change and enumerate the change orders to date on the New Harbor Project.
