SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As per the agreement between the City and Fort Greely MWR which was approved by the city council on March 22, 2008, the operator may request additional five year extensions of the contract if all designated terms of the agreement have been met and the operator remains in good standing.
Fort Greely MWR has remained in good standing with the city as operator of the campground for the past 10 years. Administration recommends the extension of this contract for an additional five years as stipulated in the MOA. The extension shall be for a period beginning January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2023.
