SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of the work session is to discuss the draft physician recruitment and retention program document drafted by the Council appointed working group.
Attorney Jake Staser will provide City Council a draft document to review the evening of the work session. The draft document includes potential incentives to recruit and retain physicians in Valdez, as well as the suggested process to implement the program.
The discussion is in anticipation of an action item about the program appearing on the May 15th Council meeting agenda.
