SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of Valdez received 62 appeals, 52 where from the same appellant who owned 52 parcels of land. The City’s Property Tax Assessor contacted each appellant and was successful in satisfying 61 out of 62 appeals. The one remaining appeal to be heard by the Board of Equalization is as follows:
