RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the PSA Contract Amendment with Burkhart Croft Architects in the amount of $24,523.00.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Design and Construction Administration services were solicited to Burkhart Croft Architects (contract #1328) in November 2017 to develop architectural solutions for the ceiling, ducting, and deck work repair and to oversee engineering design services for the lighting and piping replacements at the Valdez Swimming Pool. This service is in conjunction with the pool remodel, being designed by Councilman Hunsaker (contract #1327).
Provided Council Approval of a 2019 Pool Remodel schedule, these services will be expanded to include design and construction administration for the additional scope of remodeling the Swimming Pool Locker Rooms. No additional scope has been added to the Councilman Hunsaker contract.
