RECOMMENDATION:
Council review and input for draft Economic Diversification Commission goals for 2018
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As discussed in the September 20, 2017 joint City Council and Economic Diversification Commission work session, establishment goals and vision for the commission are critical for the successful continuation of the commission.
After listening to the audio recording of the joint work session, staff compiled the attached list of recommended commission goals for 2018. Although some of these goals will extend past 2018, staff wanted to provide a list of both short and longer term, ongoing set of goals.
