RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution #17-55 amending the 2017 Budget by Accepting Book Basket Auction Proceeds in the Amount of $4,049 to the Valdez Consortium Library and Authorizing its Expenditure.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The 18th Annual Book Basket Auction was held on November 4, 2017. The Valdez Consortium Library Board sponsored event raised $10,049. This was $4,049
more than the estimated amount of $6,000 in the 2017 Budget.
Requesting the 2017 Budget be amended to accept the additional $4,049 in revenue (001-0000-34766) and increase the appropriation in Operating Supplies (001-6100-46120) by the same amount. The proceeds will be used for the purchase of new library materials.
