RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Professional Services Agreement #1342 with CRW Engineering Group, LLC for West Klutina Repave, Gutter and Sidewalk Replacement Project in the amount of $69,995.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The road surface on West Klutina from Hazelet to Cottonwood is in poor condition and due for replacement. Inadequate drainage and a flat topography perpetuate the surface failure issues. CRW Engineering will address the drainage issue and we will use the opportunity to upgrade street lighting, sidewalks and hydrants that are due for replacement and repair. This fee proposal and subsequent contract will facilitate a 2018 project implementation.
