RECOMMENDATION:

Appoint Spike Gilson, Polly Page, and Gary Minish to three year terms on the Valdez Museum & Historical Archive Board of Directors

 

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Four vacancies will exist on the Valdez Museum & Historical Archive Board of Directors due to term expiration.

After one round of advertising, the City Clerks Office received three applications:

1.                     Spike Gilson

2.                     Polly Page

3.                     Gary Minish

Appointees will serve a three year term beginning February 2018 and expiring January 2021.

The City Clerks Office will conduct a second round of advertising for the remaining vacancy.
