SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• Combined appropriations total $2.4MM
o 56% of all Special Revenue Fund appropriations
o 4.8% of $49.1MM Citywide appropriations
• City Manager proposes 2 additional FTEs. These costs total $164K, and are not embedded in 2018 proposed budget figures
• 2018 budgeted General Fund subsidy for Airport/Port is $290K
• 2018 budgeted Harbor operating profit is $537K.
o $500K of this figure is budgeted for transfer to Harbor Maintenance reserve fund
